Our warranties are for customers who have a signed contract and had their product installed by Tucson Rolling Shutters & Screens. All customers of dealers, non-dealers, third parties, or other companies are subject to that company’s warranty coverage if any. TRS makes no assurances, guarantees, or warranties for any wholesale product purchased, modified, and installed by other companies.
Tucson Signature Series Motors & Electronics
Tucson Rolling Shutters & Screens is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our Tucson Signature Series Motors and Electronics. If these parts fail due to any manufacturer’s defects under normal use, we will replace these parts within the lifetime of the product as installed on original location and only for the original purchaser. Any replacement needed after five years will only incur labor charges. This warranty will not cover damage caused by Mother Nature, misuse, self-installations, third-party install, improper wiring, or any other outside force not associated with a manufacturer’s defect.
Tucson Solution Screens, Solution Xtreme Screens, Tucson Interior Screens
Tucson Rolling Shutters & Screens is proud to recognize Mermet’s 10 year no fade warranty. Screens will be free of manufacturer’s defects and flaws if in excess of manufacturer’s standards. This warranty will not cover damage caused by Mother Nature, misuse, self-installations, improper use, or any other outside force not associated with a manufacturer’s defect. Any repair or replacements will be with the closest fabric and color available.
Our fabrics have been extensively tested by certified laboratories and all fenestration data is available.
TRS Service Solutions
Tucson Rolling Shutters & Screens offers a 5 year warranty on our rolling shutters to be free of manufacturer’s defects under normal use. This warranty will not cover damage caused by Mother Nature, misuse, self-installations, third-party installations, modification, improper use, or any other outside force not associated with a manufacturer’s defect.

All performance claims made by Tucson Rolling Shutters, Inc. were provided by test results of third party testing labs. All tests were performed according to proper testing standards and a copy can be provided if requested.
Licensed & Insured
TRS is a licensed registered contractor for residential and commercial applications. Our license certify us to install and wire any type of window covering on a home or business anywhere in the state of Arizona.
TRS is licensed, bonded, and insured. In addition to our five year warranty on our installations we are insured for your protection and ours. All our installation crews work for us with no subcontracting.
