President & Owner
Owners Jeff and Judy Healam purchased Tucson Rolling Shutters in 1985 with the plan of building a successful company. Now with three locations, almost 40 team members and a dealer network spread all across North America they are continuing their plan.
Vice President Chris Trafton has been with TRS since 1996. He was promoted to VP in 2006. He handles the day to day operations, advertising, sales and manages the team.
TRS has several departments that make up the team. Retail sales, wholesales, installation, shutter manufacturing, powder coating, screen system manufacturing, purchasing, scheduling, accounting, and management.Office and Accounting
Office Manager and CFO
Bonnie Melzer, Office Manager and Chief Financial Officer. A TRS team member since 1997, she has helped TRS grow while making sure everything is perfect by the book. She successfully leads a team of accounting ladies that really make cents.

Chris Wagner, Purchasing Manager. A TRS team member since 2002. Chris started in manufacturing then ran the scheduling department before moving over handle all inventory and purchasing.
Rudy Casillas, Retail Sales. A TRS team member since 2001, he worked his way up from installation crew leader, Field Foreman to Sales. He has the experience and technical expertise to tackle any retractable project in the world.
Gwen Haag, Retail Sales, a TRS team member since 2004. From showroom expert to in home sales Gwen has the experience and passion to help clients make an informed buying decision. She is a solar protection expert with over 10 years experience. Come on into our Oracle showroom and meet her and see our products in action.
Installation and Service
Yvonne Dean, Scheduler. Yvonne moved from the accounting department and took over scheduling for installations and service. She is the happy voice that calls to set up your installation, remeasure, or service. She will do her best to help you.
Carlos Villanes, Crew Leader
Chris Maldonado, Wholesales Manager. A TRS team member since 2009, he worked his way up in manufacturing with his dedication and management style. He will be managing our dealer network all across North America.
.A TRS team member since 1994, he was installation team member, crew leader and field manager. Don has been in retail sales for the last eight years.
Bobby Naugle started in the installation department in 2013 where he quickly became a crew leader. His management ability made him the perfect candidate for the Screen Production Floor Supervisor. He manages the 27th street screen production facility.
